How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?
You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Returns postmarked after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

Return Process and Timeframes
Please follow our returns process carefully to minimize any delays:
1. If your item is returnable(see down), please contact us by mail stating your:

SKU number or product name

Reason for return
2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with our return address.
3. Please follow our instructions to return the product and send us proof of return in the form of tracking number and valid return receipt.
4. Once we receive the returned item, we will email you within 30 days and arrange an exchange or refund. As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take a longer time to arrive.
5. Before ships out we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. 4-7 business days Normally.
Returnable Items
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 30 days of receiving.
Contact us as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations. If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time frame.
2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
3. Products that indicate that returns are not supported.
4. Free gifts are non-refundable.
Important Notice
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the Return Label we provide.
2. Please make sure you do not include any items that were not purchased on the Jaypen Site or the App by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
3. If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.
